Everything has its own professional terminology in the industry, if the computer has the professional language of the computer, then the coupling as a component of a machine, of course, there are also professional language, here is to explain the language of the coupling.

◆ Rated torque: refers to the continuous transmission of torque capacity of the coupling. The variable load factor during operation is taken into account, so there is no need to adjust the rated torque. Please select coupling rated torque above continuous operating load torque.

◆ Maximum torque: refers to the maximum torque that can be conveyed instantly by the coupling, also known as peak torque, which in principle is twice of the rated torque.

◆ Maximum number of turns: refers to the maximum number of turns available for the coupling. When rotating at high speed, please pay attention to the vibration caused by imbalance.

◆ Inertia moment: refers to the degree of difficulty for coupling to turn. The smaller the inertial moment is, the smaller the load torque will be when starting and stopping.

◆ Static torsional rigidity: refers to the coupling for torsion action of the rigid size, the greater the static torsional rigidity, the higher the responsiveness of the product.

◆ Clearance value: refers to the amount of clearance existing in the rotation direction of the coupling. If it is used for high-precision positioning device, please select the coupling with zero back clearance value.

◆ Applicable temperature: refers to the temperature range within which the coupling can be used.

◆ Deviation adjustment: refers to the position accuracy error of the axis, which can be divided into three kinds: eccentric, deflection and axial deviation.

◆ Eccentric reaction force: it refers to the force generated by the assembly eccentricity error of the coupling. The smaller the eccentric reaction force is, the smaller the bearing force will be.

◆ Axial reaction: refers to the force generated when the coupling is subjected to axial compression. The smaller the axial reaction force is, the smaller the bearing is subjected to the force.

◆ Natural frequency: refers to the resonance number of the coupling.
